Almost every roof leak starts at a penetration: chimney flashing that has opened up, a cracked plumbing-stack boot, a rusted vent. The fix is usually small and precise — new step flashing, a new boot, a properly installed vent — and it's some of the highest-value work a roofer does.

We also remove redundant chimneys and roof over the opening, a common upgrade on GTA homes that converted to high-efficiency furnaces and no longer use the masonry stack. Quotes cover the structural close-up, sheathing, shingle tie-in and interior making-good where needed.
