How it works

There's no trick to it. You tell us what your roof needs, we come back with a free quote, and if you're happy with it the work gets scheduled and done. Here's each step in a bit more detail.

1. Describe the job

Use the quote form to pick a service — or just write what's happening in your own words: "water stain on the bedroom ceiling", "shingles on the lawn after Saturday's wind". Phone photos from the ground or a window make a real difference: they show us slope, material and damage, which means the first quote is usually the accurate one. Nobody expects you on a ladder. If water is actively coming in, flag it urgent and it's treated that way.

2. Get your free quote

We review the details, ask a question or two if anything's unclear, and send you a quote. It's free, and there's no obligation — nobody phones you three times a day to "follow up", and nobody sits at your kitchen table until you sign. We don't publish flat prices because honest pricing depends on your actual roof — pitch, layers, access, decking condition; what you get is a quote for the roof you described.

3. The right crew does the work

Jobs go to crews suited to them — shingle work, flat roofing, eavestroughs, skylights and attic insulation are different skills. Where the job goes beyond roofing, the right people are part of the plan from the start: a municipal building permit for structural roof changes under the Ontario Building Code, an ESA-licensed electrician for hard-wired heat cables, an engineer where framing needs assessment — not a surprise at the end.

What we don't do

We don't invent reviews, inflate project counts, use storm-chaser scare tactics, or claim licences we don't hold. We'd rather earn trust slowly with real roofs than borrow it with badges.
